If you scroll online long enough, you could easily believe that the secret to feeling organised, focused and “on top of things” is hiding inside the next app.
The next planner.
The next system.
The next AI tool that promises to change your life.
I know this because I’ve tried a fair few myself.
And yes, I do use a handful of tools in my business:
I use Funnel Sketchers as my CRM and for emails and funnels, Sociamonials to schedule my content (although I am tempted to move to Funnel Sketchers), TidyCal and Funnel Sketchers for bookings, WordPress for my website and blog, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 for docs and organisation, Zoom and transcription tools to capture conversations and ideas… and paid ChatGPT plays a big role in supporting my creativity and planning.
But here’s the honest truth:
It’s not the tools that make the difference.
It’s how you use them.
And more importantly,
whether they actually work with the way you function.
So many of the women I support are living with ADHD, chronic health conditions, brain fog, fatigue or simple, relentless mental overload. When you’re already carrying so much, adding more tools often just creates more decisions, more pressure and more guilt.
Not more clarity.
This is why I’ve learned that productivity is deeply personal.
It isn’t one-size-fits-all. It isn’t linear. And it definitely isn’t about copying someone else’s perfect morning routine or colour-coded planner.
It’s about understanding:
- How your mind works
- When your energy rises and falls
- What drains you
- What supports you
- What actually feels doable in real life
And yes, sometimes that takes trial and error.
But trial and error isn’t failure.
It’s information.
You don’t try a system and decide you’re “bad at it”.
You try it and say: That didn’t work for me.
And that’s when the real progress starts.
This is one of the most important parts of my accountability support.
I don’t come in with a rigid method and force you into it. I work alongside you to gently test different approaches, simplify what feels complicated, and build a rhythm that fits around your life, your health and your responsibilities.
Because you don’t need a perfect system.
You need a kind one.
One that:
- Reduces decision-making instead of increasing it
- Feels supportive, not controlling
- Gives you breathing space instead of pressure
- Works even on your hard days
Where my Digital Flash Cards fit in
My Digital Flash Cards were created for the in-between moments…
The moments when:
- Your mind goes blank
- Your to-do list feels too big
- You don’t know what to start with
- You’re stuck in overthinking or decision paralysis
They’re not another big system to learn.
They’re soft, simple prompts you can return to again and again:
One card.
One question.
One gentle nudge forward.
And if what you need is deeper support with structure, prioritising, boundaries and follow-through, that’s where my accountability support comes in.
You don’t have to do all of this alone.
And you don’t have to keep trying to force yourself into systems that were never designed for you in the first place.
You can start small with my Digital Flash Cards, or go deeper with my Accountability Support.
There is no right pace.
Only the one that works for you.
And that, in itself, is real productivity.
