For my Standard and Ultimate Packages, this starts with an audit of your current situation from which I create the first 90 day plan to achieve up to 3 agreed objectives, along with refining your internal structure. This continues for a second 90-day period where up to a further 3 agreed objectives will be actioned with any other implementations required to meet agreed objectives.
This process will repeat as many times as required to keep your business moving forward as your time is freed up, implementing and refining processes, systems and team tasks to meet your objectives for that quarter.
The processes and systems we implement will be dependent on your specific circumstances; it’s not a one size fits all, as any business I work with will have unique requirements.
