Steady Support: Ongoing accountability, planning & calm support that adapts to you

Calm, flexible 1:1 support, designed around you

So you can think clearly, follow through, and stop carrying everything alone.

Running a business alongside ADHD, chronic fatigue, chronic illness, or fluctuating energy can feel like you’re constantly trying to catch up.

You might be capable, experienced, and deeply committed to your work, and still find yourself:

  • overwhelmed by decisions
  • stuck between knowing what needs doing and actually doing it
  • carrying a heavy mental load
  • feeling guilty on the days your energy just isn’t there

You may have a diagnosis.
You may not.

Either way, staying focused, organised, and consistent can feel far harder than it “should”.

Take the next step by answering a few questions and booking your 15 minute call.

Who Steady Support is for

This support is for you if you:

  • want regular check-ins to stay grounded and on track

  • struggle with overwhelm, inconsistency, or decision paralysis

  • benefit from thinking out loud with someone calm and experienced

  • want accountability without shame or pressure

  • need flexibility as your capacity changes

It’s especially supportive for clients navigating ADHD, chronic conditions, burnout recovery, or simply a very full life alongside their business.

Steady Support exists for those in-between spaces.

The ones where you don’t need another system, you need the right kind of support.

What Steady Support actually is (and isn’t)

Steady Support is ongoing, 1:1 thinking, planning, and accountability support that adapts week by week to what you need and what your capacity allows.

Some weeks are about momentum.
Some weeks are about steadiness and care.

Both are part of sustainable progress.

It is.....

  • a calm space to think clearly and make decisions

  • gentle accountability that helps you follow through

  • planning and prioritising so you know what matters now

  • body doubling when getting started feels hard

  • support that flexes with your energy and real life

It is not.....

  • task outsourcing

  • rigid productivity coaching

  • high-pressure accountability

  • “just try harder” support

We meet regularly (weekly or fortnightly), with gentle check-ins in between.

Light admin help may be included where useful, but this is a thinking and support partnership, not a VA service.

If Task Tamer clears the fog, Steady Support helps you stay steady afterwards.

How Steady Support fits alongside my other services

Many clients arrive at Steady Support after working with me in other ways.

Task Tamer → Steady Support
Task Tamer gives you clarity on your to-do list.
Steady Support helps you follow through, stay grounded, and avoid slipping back into overwhelm.

Balance Boost → Steady Support
Balance Boost sets your direction for the next 90 days.
Steady Support helps you implement that plan gently and adapt it as life changes.

So the clarity we create together doesn’t fade after the session.

What Steady Support is

Steady Support is an ongoing 1:1 partnership that gives you calm, responsive support between sessions, not just something that helps in the moment and disappears afterwards.

This is not a rigid programme or a productivity framework.

It’s flexible, human support that adapts to your capacity, energy, and real life.

Together, we create a steady rhythm that helps you move forward without pressure.

Steady Support works best when there’s enough space and continuity to build momentum, without pressure.

If you’re looking for lighter or one-off support right now, starting with Task Tamer or Balance Boost is often a better fit, and can naturally lead into Steady Support later, if needed.

 Investment & commitment

Steady Support is designed as ongoing, steady support, rather than occasional help. Support starts from £250 per month, with a minimum 3-month commitment.

This investment usually includes either:

  • Weekly 60-minute sessions, or

  • Fortnightly 90-minute sessions,

alongside asynchronous support between sessions (for accountability, check-ins, and gentle guidance).

The exact structure and investment is agreed together, based on what will support you best and what feels sustainable for your energy and life.

How Steady Support begins

Steady Support is offered by conversation rather than instant booking.

Because this support is tailored to each client, and offered on a limited basis, we begin with a short conversation to explore whether it’s the right fit, what level of support would be most helpful, and whether I currently have capacity.

If it feels aligned, we’ll then agree the structure, pricing, and next steps together before we begin.

This starts with a short enquiry form, no obligation, no pressure.

You don’t have to figure this out on your own anymore.

FAQs

Do I need an ADHD or other diagnosis?

No.

This support is for anyone who struggles with overwhelm, inconsistency, decision fatigue, or fluctuating energy, whether or not you have a formal diagnosis.

You don’t need a label to deserve support.

Is this high pressure or productivity-driven?

No.

This is accountability without shame, pressure, or guilt.
We work with your capacity, not against it.

Progress here is about sustainability, not forcing yourself to do more.

What if I don’t always know what I need?

That’s completely okay.

Part of this partnership is figuring that out together.
You don’t need to arrive with a plan; we’ll work out what’s most helpful as we go.

What if my capacity changes week to week?

That’s completely okay.

Steady Support is designed to flex with your energy and real life, especially if you’re navigating ADHD, chronic conditions, or fluctuating capacity.

Some weeks we focus on momentum.
Other weeks we simplify and steady things.

There’s no pressure and no “falling behind”.
We work with your capacity, not against it.

Is this the same as having a Virtual Assistant?

No, this is very different.

A Virtual Assistant focuses on doing tasks for you.
This support focuses on helping you think clearly, follow through, and reduce mental load.

While light admin support may occasionally be included, the heart of this work is:

  • helping you decide what matters

  • supporting you to take action

  • staying alongside you when energy or focus dips

I’m not here to replace a VA, I’m here to support you.
(If need be, I can help you source and train a VA.)

What does this support actually include?

This is ongoing, 1:1 support that adapts to what you need week by week.

That may include accountability, planning, prioritising, body doubling, sanity-checking decisions, mentoring, or light admin support; depending on what will help you move forward between sessions, not just during them.

There’s no rigid structure and no expectation that every week looks the same.

How is this different from the Task Tamer?

The Task Tamer is a one-off, focused session to sort and prioritise your to-do list.

This support is ongoing.

If Task Tamer helps you clear the fog, this helps you:

  • stay steady

  • keep momentum

  • adapt plans as life changes

Many clients start with Task Tamer and then move into ongoing support.

Why is there a minimum 3-month commitment?

Steady Support is about building rhythm, trust, and follow-through, not quick fixes.

The minimum commitment creates enough space for support to settle, adapt, and actually reduce your mental load, rather than adding to it.
